Rapid Project Management

A client wished to take a business concept and translate it into a brand new, working business function within three months. We brought together key stakeholders, facilitated brainstorming sessions, and translated the outcomes into process maps and work plans encompassing both business and information technology tasks segregated into immediate and longer-term implementations. The immediate implementation plan was more manual than automated, but it had two key advantages. It enabled the process, along with the associated job aids and templates, to be refined before being automated at a later stage.

Most importantly, it enabled the business to get into the market quickly and start building market share before the competition.
